چکیده

Medium access control (MAC) protocol design plays a crucial role to increase the performance of wireless communications and networks. The channel mechanism is provided by MAC layer share medium multiple stations. Different types networks have different requirements such as throughput, delay, power consumption, fairness, reliability, network density, therefore, for these must satisfy their requirements. In this work, we proposed two multiplexing methods modern networks: Massive multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) domain non-orthogonal (PD-NOMA). first research method namely MIMO uses massive number antenna elements improve both spectral efficiency energy efficiency. On other hand, second (PD-NOMA) allows signals same orthogonal resources allocating level each station. PD-NOMA has better over methods. A review previous works regarding classified based on categories. main contribution work show importance with added optimal functionalities efficiencies networks.

Multi-channel Medium Access Control Protocols for Wireless Sensor Networks: A Survey
Extensive researches on Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) have been performed and many techniques have been developed for the data link (MAC) layer. Most of them assume single-channel MAC protocols. In the usual dense deployment of the sensor networks, single-channel MAC protocols may be deficient because of radio collisions and limited bandwidth. Hence, using multiple channels can significantly ...

In the past decade, the development of wireless communication technologies has made the use of the Internet ubiquitous. With the increasing number of new inventions and applications using wireless communication, more interference is introduced among wireless devices that results in limiting the capacity of wireless networks. Many approaches have been proposed to improve the capacity. One approa...
متن کاملDesign Considerations for Medium Access Control in Wireless Sensor Networks
In this paper, we address the design problem of throughput and energy-efficient Medium Access Control (MAC) in wireless sensor networks. First, we assume a static network model with a fixed assignment of disjoint transmitter and receiver node groups. To obtain reliable channel feedback in multi-destination sensor networks, we propose the Group TDMA algorithm to separate in time distinct transmi...
متن کاملEnergy Efficient Medium-access Control (mac) Protocol Design for Wireless Medical Sensor Networks
The formulation of a patient Personal Area Network (PAN), consisting of a wireless infrastructure of medical sensors, attached to patient’s body, enables a new way for continuous and real-time monitoring of vital signs of the patient, without discomforting him. In this paper we present the architecture of such a network, with emphasis being given to the software and hardware infrastructure that...
